Group Online Training Webinar (Working From Home Desk Set Up) - 30min

This training session is great for businesses looking to educate whole staff or teams on how to optimise their desk set up ergonomically while working from home.

Training covers:

• Educating workers on ergonomic challenges and principles to implement when working from home.

• Educating workers on avoiding awkward postures adopted during working from home

• Basic stretches and exercises to implement in the WFH environment.

Online Ergonomic Assessment (Working From Home or at Workplace) - 30min

These assessments are conducted over a videoconference platform.  

Workers will have a one-on-one assessment with a trained healthcare professional.  

This includes:

• Assessment and individualised advice on how to optimise the worker's home workstation.

• Individualised advice on how worker may decrease their likelihood of developing musculoskeletal aches and pains through working strategies and stretches or exercises.

• Brief summary for organisation with discussion points and any recommendations.

• Access to WorkplaceOsteo Ergonomic Educational Material.

Online Ergonomic Assessment and Report - 30-45min

These assessments are conducted over a videoconference platform with a healthcare professional. 

These assessments are for workers with pre-existing or recently developed musculoskeletal injuries.

This type of service includes:

• Assessment and individualised advice on how to optimise the worker's home workstation.

• Individualised advice on how worker may decrease their likelihood of developing musculoskeletal aches and pains through working strategies and stretches or exercises.

• Standard report for organisation to keep with discussion points and any recommendations.

• Access to WorkplaceOsteo Ergonomic Educational Material.

Completion of an at-home assessment form at least 24 hours prior to the assessment is required including workers taking photographs of their workstation before the assessment is conducted. Workers will also need to take photographs of relevant areas of their workstation once the assessment is completed, too.
